This Oreo Banana Bread uses brown sugar and Greek yogurt. The highlight ingredient is Oreos which were baked into the banana loaf and were soft and gooey. Calling dibs on the end slices is a real thing with this loaf.
I saw New York’s Allie’s banana bread on IG featuring an Oreo banana loaf and I had to try to bake it. Very pleased with this ultra moist Oreo banana loaf using brown sugar and Greek yogurt. It’s a new and best recipe with or without Oreos.
If the bananas can’t be mashed using a mixer, it’s probably not ripe enough. I am not sure just how many banana loaves I’ve baked to date, but I can tell you it’s enough to know how it should smell right when it needs to come out of the often. I know how moist it should be and how well it will keep based on the moisture level.
