These Reese’s Nutcracker Blondie Brownies uses Fry’s Cocoa Powder for a decadent chocolate bite that is smooth and fudge-like.
These Reese’s Nutcracker Blondie Brownies are smooth and fudge-like. No chocolate chips were used this recipe. The chocolate is purely from Fry’s cocoa powder and the result is always a flaky top than compared to using melted chocolate. It’s the difference in the moisture level. I love both.
The blondie batter consists of brown sugar and butter. It’s a brown butter affair that social media is always raving about, almost a little too much. A lot of baked goods consist of brown sugar and butter and whether the butter is processed through heat before baking, it’s going to taste like brown sugar and butter. If it is brown butter cinnamon rolls or something that requires more time then I will start raving too.
The nutcracker chocolate pieces are baked into the blondie brownie. They sink into the brownie as they bake but do not completely lose their shape.
