In a large mixing bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and sugar until fully blended.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until fully blended.
Add ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until fully blended.
Add quick oats and mix until fully blended.
Fold in butterscotch chips, dark chocolate chunks, shredded coconut, and pecans. Cookie dough should be quick tough and not so pliable.
Form cookie dough into 12 round balls, place 6 balls onto each baking sheet lined with parchment.
Bake at 400F for 12 minutes. Cool for at least 10 minutes before removing onto cooling rack.
