Dill Pickle Tuna Melt is loaded with canned tuna, celery, dill pickle, red onion, and cheddar cheese. The lemon juice gives it a zesty kick.
Jump to RecipeDill Pickle Tuna Melt is one of my favourite sandwiches, up there with grilled cheese and Reuben sandwiches. This sandwich is zesty and refreshing from the dill pickle and lemon juice. Finely chopped celery and red onion are the crunchy components to this sandwich other than the crunch you get from the rye bread after it’s toasted to a nice brown in the pan. The tomato slices are the true balancing texture as they are juicy and soft from all that crunch we were talking about.
